New Concrete Stairs

This project involved building new concrete stairs to improve accessibility and durability at the property. The homeowner needed a safer, more stable entryway that would withstand heavy foot traffic and seasonal weather. After a detailed site assessment, the existing area was cleared and the subgrade was compacted to provide a solid base. The space was carefully measured and formed to meet proper rise and run standards. Reinforcement was added to prevent cracking and increase structural strength. Concrete was poured, leveled, and finished to create clean, even steps that provide a reliable and long-lasting transition between elevations.
